 PESERTA DIDIK BARU (PPDB) TAHAP 2 ( JALUR ZONASI )

 

1.  Hasil Seleksi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB ) Tahap 1 dapat dilihat melalui Portal PPDB Provinsi Jawa Barat https://ppdb.disdik.jabarprov.go.id Pada Hari Jumat, 09 Juli 2021 Mulai Pukul 10.00. WIB
2 Calon Peserta Didik yang Diterima agar mendaftar ulang pada hari Senin s.d Rabu, tanggal 12 s.d 14 Juli 2021. Dan daftar ulang dilaksanakan dengan moda DARING ( Online )
3  Dokumen Asli yang harus disiapkan pada saat akan daftar ulang sebagai berikut
 
• Surat Keterangan Diterima di SMAN 1 Bogor ( Bukti Print Out dari Web ) 
• Surat Keterangan Lulus dari Sekolah Asal 
• Kartu Keluarga 
• KTP Orang Tua 
• Akte Kelahiran 
• Surat Pertanggung Jawaban mutlak 
• Materai 10.000

Setelah Selesai mengupload dokumen, berikutnya isi Bio data pada tautan ini http://bit.ly/pendaftaranPPDB2021
5.  Silahkan Upload dokumen pada poin 3 pada tautan ini http://bit.ly/DaftarUlangSMAN1Bgr
6.  Setelah selesai upload dan isi bio data, maka calon peserta didik akan menerima pesan WA dari panitia menjelaskan bahwa berkas daftar ulang selesai
